Grassland, Monotype
It all begins with an idea. I want to roll ink directly on the surface, free from the restriction of making a plate, planning and preparation. I use roller edge, pieces of cardboard, brushes and many other things laying around in the studio to make marks. It is quick and responsive, I act on what I see, combining with real grasses growing outside the studio, and off I go, into the land of grasses.
